Vyrobeno pouze pro nás na objednávku na farmě pana Katahiry ve vesnici Nunosawa v Šizuoce.  Doba sklizně: konec června 2012     Příprava: 6g čaje cca 150 ml konvička voda  95°C louhovat 30s až 3 minuty. Dle chuti. Nálevů připravíme až 3.   Hodnocení čaj roomu: Čaji dávám 9/10bodů Barva zlato-hnědá až oranžovo-hnědá. Čaj voněl po skořici, po pečeném chlebu, medová se stopami vzácných dřev. Chuť je plná, ušlechtilá, nasládlá, po sladkém chlebu a příjemná. Dozvuk je sládnoucí, delší, příjemný.
